The bus got delayed by 2 hours and there was not proper update from the office in Mangalore.
Please make sure proper information is passed as the passengers are not travelling for free and not all of them can spare time and sit for long at 12PM at a bus station. The response from vrl office Mangalore was not adequate.

Our LR No Is [protected] and we are booking on 17 aug 2018 from bangalore to Pune but still our product not received and no body corporate and conform us about delivery .
please send deliver on pune address today only .
