this is regarding the delay in receiving consignment mailed due to no contact from your department
as per schedule, i (satyam agency) have dispatched the goods from gandhinagar district kolhapur (maharashtra) to bangalore
on 19-10-21..In bill, we have enclosed details of recipient includes complete postal address, gst and phone numbers.
My party(azhar footwear) have visited vrl office multiple times and showed the bill, firm stamp and whatsapp copy of
consignment number ([protected]) dated 20/10/21. To check the status but your officials said it is not received been yet. 30-10-21
after few weeks, we tried contacting them by phone but receive the similar response
i just wanted to highlight that even after multiple follow ups, we were not getting appropriate response from them
and then lockdown happened and it got further extended by few more weeks.
Now i am being informed of officials by contacting them that the material is with them and i will have to complete paper stamp bond of consignment copy to get my party order from them.
Happy to complete the paper work and but when my party azhar footwear went to vrl to get the order but the fare fine is rs11200 which is not acceptable because this is miss from your side that your department was not able to contact the party and not able to provide the information to party in timely manner..
So request you to help in terms of waving the extra fare amount and getting my goods as soon as possible

i understand that there is fixed expenses on your end but then it is all due to communication gap between you and us..Because of which you didnot gave me a timely visibilty of my package status..
I request you to optimize this cost as it is joint responsibility and not just customer fault..
