I use your services regularly to send the material across india. And today i wanted to send some samples of my products through your service but the staff at chhatral branch refused to take the material by putting some lame excuses. They never give the l. R. Documents the same day and make us to visit the office 2-3 times to hand out the l. R. Document.

[protected] this is my L.R NO last 4 days my half consignment is reached at your point but half consignment are miss.i ask to him where is my other consignment he told me he don't know. I am very desiponting with that service sir you and I am also send to email hade office but no one can reply quickly
