VRL Logistics / VRL Group — irresponsible bus service

I have borded one o[censored]r buses to reach bangalore from mumbai on 14 evening. Bus vl no. Py/05/9253 was supposed to reach pic up point at 5. Instead reached at 6.15. Agreed it was bcoz of rains n jam. But is it fair to stop the bus for dinner at 12.10am? Tat to in some remote place. Is tis d time to have dinner? Advice me who is supposed to be blamed n who sd suffer.

Just bcoz bus is late.. Tat does mean tat divers can be so irresponsible. This is definetly not acceptable.

Tis is done everytime. Tey dont even stop for washrooms. This is inhumane treatment given to ur customers.

Vrl claims to be one of best in bus service. But if this is the kind of service that ur proud of! You start losing ur customers. I would like to bring this matters before your highest authority
