It's to inform you that vrl logistics at kottakal was very much irresponsible to goods handling and service to the customer
One of my box reached kottakal hub then even after 15days they didn't call me or else to my office also even though at least 5 times in a month we are having a shipment through them then also these people are behaving like this means then what should be their response to the one time customer any way i concluded by saying that their staff at kottakal was not even know to behave properly

Refer our LR no [protected] . consignment despatched from mumbai to Chennai. Consignment reached Bangalore on 8/10/18 morning 4.49 Hrs . Since then it is not traceable .
we have neither recd the information about the whereabouts of the consignment nor any information relating to it.
