My Shipment was booked on the 3rd from Ludhiana to Mapusa Goa. It has not been delivered and also, the local offices have not been able to give me details of the shipment. I have been asked to call and follow up on the 14th. They are unable to give me details of the shipments current location.The LR number is [protected].

Dear sir, The goods with LR NO: [protected] was booked from Mumbai on 08/08/2019 to Tadepalligudem, but still the goods were not loaded from vijayawada to Tadepalligudem. The goods reached vijayawada on 15/08/2019. Please look in to it and solve my problem.

Sir from tamilnadu (Hosur) vrl kindly keep two staffs for billing because if we go to vrl office minimum it will take half hour for giving materials from your office and lot of staffs are in time pass instead of that you can arrange 1more system for billing
