VRL Logistics / VRL Group — LR-[protected] Delivery delay and no update about same

I am unable to get any update on LR-[protected]. It seems material have reached at Surat TPT but they are unable to dispatch from their end. The material are medicines which need to be delivered ASAP.
If any damage happens to material the damage to be bear by VRL.
I need immediate action and update on the same.
