VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Lr no [protected]

I have purchased material from Lucky Textiles Ludhiana. Material reached Hosur branch office to collect the material but they are not giving material without CONSIGNEE'S copy.. I have CONSIGNEE'S copy photo in my mobile. Lucky Textiles didn't send us the consignee copy and also it seems they missed it. So please help me to how to take my material..my L. R. No. Is [protected]. Material value around ₹40, 000.. I have invoice copy also in my mobile.

So Please sort out this matter.. Its my humble request..
