Dear VRL Team,
Our Party Booked the material from Patna (Bihar) to Mumbai, Sakinaka. GR no is [protected] on April 14, 2023. It is 20th May 2023 today and we have not received the material. This is not the first time we are facing this problem. NO proper update available on your tracker also. This is the worst of the services we are getting from your company. We have made more than 100 call to related branch of VRL logistics but non of your employee communicating with us properly and we not getting any update form your team.
Our Person is visited to collect the material on 16th May 2023, Where they asked us to pay Rs.800/-( Rs.604 buity charges +200 demurrage charges) (Payment slip attached) we had paid that also, Then they informed that they don't have person to search your parcel, so you can check & search your parcel yourself. (this is the service from most reputed logistics) still my person search the parcel and get to know that only one box is received. this is almost more than one month delayed, how VRL justify this?? When there is delayed from outside, you people charged demurrage charges, now its delayed from your side and Our Customers have already cancelled the orders due to this delay and we have suffered huge financial as well as reputational loss due to negligence, We Need Compensation against our loss. We will not Pay anything against this consignment. and we need this material at our office within next 2 days, If we will not get our Material within 2 days, we will go to customer care and I will also update whole case on social media.
false tracking updates and non committal behavior from VRL staff. Being such a reputed business, VRL management should address this issue as we are observing these incidences increasing gradually. Was this information helpful? |
