[Resolved] VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Material not delivered but showing delivered in tracking

Dear sir/Madam,

Tracking number [protected]

Location - Hosur

Above shown tracking number is not delivered to me. But they are showing delivered. When I went and asked about this they are having that LR copy but material is not reached still. I have received message also that material is reached.

And another LR number - [protected]

This was booked on 24th in delhi but still it has not moved from Delhi today is 28th almost a week. But still not moved from Delhi.

Is this th way treating customer product. Kindly clear this issue and let me receive the material as soon as possible.
