VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Mishandling of Furniture while transporting

I have transported a Sofa cum bed via Lr Number - [protected] from Kirti Nagar Delhi to Ahmednagar through VRL Logistics...the item when it was received was damaged quite a lot wherein the wood had completely broken from one side, the mattress had been eaten by rats and there were scratches all over the new furniture item...this company is completely irresponsible and they need pay damages for my furniture

Updated by Viper202 Your delivery branch is to be blamed for the rats eating up the mattress as they did not give delivery on Saturday and Sunday keeping the item in a filthy godown...

No such thing... furniture was brought in from the delivery branch correctly in a truck as single item...and how can delivery branch can say that product was delivered in OK condition when the package was not opened there...it had been opened at the house...very unprofessional behaviour
