VRL Logistics / VRL Group — My consignment is not received yet after lot of follow up with customer care

This is 12 th day from 31 st may 2022 on which the consignment is hand overed to vrl from banglore to pune.
now this consignment is in pune south and not delivered to our factory from last 6 days.
Nobody is taking care of these things.
Please deliver my consignment to prescribed address.
