VRL Logistics / VRL Group — negligence to pick up passengers.

We have booked a ticket under PNR No.21250857 on 12. 06.2019 from Madiwala Bengaluru to Hubballi at 9.15 pm on 14.06.2019. Pickup bus dropped my daughters in Anand Rao bus stop but bus departed from Gandhinagar at 9.15 pm picked and without any phone calls. Why this negligence? You should do a comfortable alternative arrangements to travel and take suitable action against your staff immediately.

Mode : Fast Mode-door delivery
Material handover to VRL-Delhi on 1st june-2019 by Fast mode(charges was high while compared to normal mode) but still now not received in coimbatore.
no updates from VRL side, just replying as vehicle not came.

Cheating money from customers by saying Fast Mode.
Waste of money!!
