VRL Logistics / VRL Group — no response and no status about my item

Address: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600001

My consignment number : [protected]. The item has been dispatched on 15th march from ahmadabad to chennai. I called on 21st march. They told item is in someplace in chennai, it would reach destination (Mount road) in the afternoon. Even after 100 of call they don't attend my call. So i went on 23rd to collect my item directly. They told item is not in their place. I asked why dint they attend my call. They just told we don't have time to attend call. Then they gave some other number to call. They also dint attend. Daily i am going to enquire about my item. Today is 27th march. No response about my item. They lost my package.
