MR. Vaibhav (mob no- [protected]) sent parcel of 500 soaps to me via VRL Logistics courier (AWB no- [protected]) on 09.12.2021 from Dehradun to Muzaffarpur. The parcel reached Muzaffarpur office on 16.12.2021. when I contacted my local vrl officials in December, they refused to give parcel saying- they will deliver by January as they have some procedures to do before delivery. i waited whole Jan for the parcel to be delivered. whole feb. still they din't deliver. When I called them a few days ago asking whereabouts of my parcel, they asked me to come to their office to collect the parcel . when I went their office to receive the parcel- they're charging me 1500 Rupees as late fine . why did they not deliver courier on time ? it's their fault. no delivery attempt ever. no calls ever.
when i asked them why late fine- they (leaded by the supervisor, name- unknown. mob- [protected]) started using vulgar language. i never expected such a service from such an esteemed courier company.
Kindly deliver my courier to my home address free of cost else i'll be bound to lodge an FIR in local police station & consumer forum and sue the company for the hassle I am facing. PFA- Consignor's copy & tracking details.
