VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Not delivered or staffs are neglecting to searching in go down.

We have sent one box on[protected].
Till date we didn't get parcel. We have visited to vrl go down hosapete(vijayanagara).
They informed parcel received on[protected] at gangavathi. Only for travelling 30 km it takes 4 days even though not received parcel.
It is department equipment.
So I am not going to take any further action if it is received within a day.
Or else it may gets FIR in police station.
