VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Not delivering goods

We have booked the goods from Hyderabad to Mysore on 7.7.22 and they assured us to deliver household goods within 5 days but still they have not delivered and now even they stopped to pick our call, this is very serious issue as our household items are very important to us, kindly look into the matter and solve it
