[Resolved]  VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Not delivering the goods

Hello i am sreepal from Visakhapatnam my firm name is Vasant emporium
I have booke goods in vrl ahemdabad to vrl Visakhapatnam on 1st of December it's been 22 days my goods have not been delivered
I have regularly contacted the concerned authority in Visakhapatnam about the same
Those people are saying ki they cannot and will not deliver the goods and telling us to collect it from the transport
It seriously a harassment for us kindly take a strict action against it
