VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Not responding to calls

We r ahmc trading .. we do regular shipping from Surat to Kerala by VRL

Last week we did VRL parcel from Surat to kochi with logistics NO :[protected]

As per the tracking system and gps of the vehicle Itz already arrived at kochi
But the staff at VRL office in kochi saying Itz not yet arrived will be arriving only next week they saying which is absolutely baseless

Also after making several calls may be 10 to 20 times they will attend one call n saying this which is absolutely wrong …

We need the delivery to be collected tomw .. Iyz a parcel to be delivered to hospitals
