[Resolved]  VRL Logistics / VRL Group — One parcel Roll Missing

Reference to our mail on Saturday 11/June / 2022...
We have booked through Doc number [protected] dated 1/6/22 for 7 bundles booked from Wagholi Pune.
Out of this 1 bundle are missing not received.
The received 6 rolls are all damaged & received on a very poor state.

The Party is asking for refund for the goods damage by your company due to mishandling through vehicle number DL 1L AB 2684.

[protected] of the vehicle is saying we will get full refund of the damages from VRL.

Kindly solve the problem & find the missing parcel.
The Pune Person Mr. pawar [protected] is only giving false hopes but no action taken yet.
