Pls note our following points against our complaint.
1) We had handed over our goods to VRL logistics on 5th May, 2022. We started our follow up with VRL customer care from 09/05/2022 as this consignment is very important for us to reach on time. However, since 09/05/2022, our goods are lying in Kanpur. Every day these people are saying will load today and definitely will reach tomorrow. Since today i.e. 14.05.2022, our goods are still in Kanpur. Today they have informed us that our consignment will reach on 16.05.2022. Is this the way of working??????This delay has affected so badly on our image and our relationship with our Lucknow buyer.
2) We also would like to pay your attention on Mr. Shivam chavan. He is Incharge of Bhiwandi branch. His contact no. is [protected]. He had promised us on 03.05.2022 to deliver our goods within 5/6 & He had quoted us Rs. 25000 approx for our shipment. However, after reaching our goods at VRL bhiwandi, he made an invoice of Rs. 32000. Just because this consignment is very important for us to reach on time, we have released the payment at the same time.
3) We are trying to contact Mr. Chavan Since, 04.05.2022, he is not picking up our calls and not even calling us back. We had sent our person on 04.05.2022 alongwith the goods and tried speak to Mr. Chavan but he said very rudely that he doesn’t have time and did not come on phone. WE HAVEN'T SEEN SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON LIKE MR. CHAVAN.
