[Resolved]  VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Our parcel not received till now

Our parcel(total 3 parcels) from surat to vrl gajuwaka was booked for transport with vrl logistics, ID- [protected] on[protected] and it reach reached visakhapatnam on 8th. We only got 2 parcels delivered at gajuwaka vrl logistics hub on[protected] and one parcel is stucked in anandapuram branch and till now it is not moved from their and we are continuously call them to send our parcel to our nearest hub. Please looku after this.
