Since i have not received my percel still

Package is taken on 31st oct (Attached vrl slip)
Lr given on date of 2nd nov (Attached lr)
Package dispatch to wrong address (Which is banglore it's suppose to be davangere)

I have clearly told that i will not pay any extra charges or charge for banglore to davangere charges
