VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Parcel is still with booked office from 4 days

LR# [protected] handover on 15th dec afternoon 12pm but still it has not reached to Surat TPT neither dispatched to Hyderabad TPT. Doesn't know who is responsible for the delay. Is this service provided by VRL? Nobody answers the call. Would highly appreciate if higher management intervn and take neccessary action on the person responsible for it.

Till date it is not received and the irresponsible replies from staff once they answer after calling 500 times. Extremely bad experience. My advice is to go with New Maa shakti transport which takes only 2 days for delivery and 3 days for del-hyd consignment
