Our supplier has booked our shipment on 30/05/2022 for Pune with VRL logistics.
From then I am continuously following up with their customer service but nobody seems to be responding.After several emails and Phone callings, today they told me that our shipment got missed by them and they are searching it. On VRL it is still showing parcel at Salem TPT.
Now let me inform this parcel was very urgent and our customer paid to us for the products. Due to this we will be losing our customer and also our shipment money is blocked.
We want complete refund of the shipment money with interest and also want to be resolved ASAP. Was this information helpful? |
