I was booking bus from Bangalore to Mumbai on 26/03/2022.While booking amount got debited but booking confirmation was not done.I had to rebook with another transaction .Complaint was raised and also got the response from them that amount will be credited( Order no. VB[protected] within 8 to 10 working days .Now almost month has been passed but till date amount hasn't been credited to my account.
Also tried to call through the customer complaint no. but phone are not working .
Requesting to resolve this issue immediately and refund the amount on priority. Was this information helpful? |
