I am getting irresponsible answers from 14sep2021 after reaching to Billinakote VRL centre. The product is reached on 11sep and gone to receive the material by 14th Sep and when I have called customer care to on 20th sep to highlight this, customer care person is also not ready to listen to details of the transaction. Actually after the material is reached to Blore TPT they dispatched somewhere else and giving so many unwanted reasons to patch up the situation.VRL is not doing fair transactions and even customer care person suppressing the customer's words, not allowing them to talk, then I don't know why we call it is customer care rather it should be VRL care to safeguard their employees.
