This complaint regarding last moment bus change for Dombivli from Belgaum, at last momemt VRL Admin ppl will change bus and its lead to many problems My Tkt Number is 8595786 and I have booked tickets for my parents and they are new the journey and because of driver misbehave and urgency we lost our luggage and VRL admin ppl not reponding properly please take action against VRL LOGISTICS as it is consumer problem.
