This is regarding LR number [protected] dated 12/08/2022 for which the wrong parcel was delivered to Preethi Designer Boutique instead of PARAM TEX parcel. We have been complaining for 7 months. Our parcel is still missing with no update from the VRL side after contacting the branch. Requesting you look into this on priority as this parcel was an urgent one but due to your irresponsible behaviour we faced a lot of problems. Please refund our money along with the interest for the product and delivery charges if you can't get our parcel. Billing address is 143/6, 100 feet road, near new bus stand, karaikudi tamil nadu 630001 but our parcel is delivered at AMABALAPUZHA EAST B O. We are attached LR COPY, bill copy, E-WAY bill Copy kindly give response or reply for your this huge mistake and give refund of our bill amount as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
