My parcel LR No. [protected] booked at Bangalore on 14/6/2022 was found to reach Puttur on 17/6/2022. However, nobody informed me over my phone number mentioned in the consignment either through sms or call. However, I got information on 21/6/22 from sender that parcel reached Puttur VRL office on 17/6/22 itself. When I went there today to enquire the same, at around 8 :15 pm, the staff at the counter rudely behaved with me and didn't respond properly. They even told me to bring all available ID proofs as hard copy which is very strange as they have scanner in office to scan my available ID proof. Why at all different ID proofs required? Why they didn't inform me when consignment reached on 17th June itself?
Why should they behave rudely with customers? Pl take suitable action in this regard. Even it appeared worser than few public utility Departments.
Never ever expected from VRL logistics.
