I expected parcel in one day and planned the work accordingly. But it went to random far away place and came 2 days later causing problems for me. The real issue is rude and arrogant reply of staff. I was not informed when the parcel arrived. I was not informed to bring I'd card xerox. The staff says he is available only between 10 to 5. I am a farmer and I need the parcel for agri work. This working hours caused delay more than 3 days. At last I had to buy new ones locally causing loss to both srn agro company and my self. After causing trauma through phone calls the staff showed very disrespectful body language as if I am his slave. I asked him to provide the parcel after noting my id number. There is no xerox shop near by. I can't keep taking loss of time due to this incompetent staff. He asked his junior staff not to speak to me. I am not ready to see his face again. He claims that he is having 4000 customers so that he can't provide good service to me. I hope you will resolve the issue. I don't wish to escalate the matter to consumer court.
