[Resolved]  VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Shipment Delivery Issue

Address: MC Lane, Seal Lane, Tangra, Kolkata

I did booked a shipment from Kolkata to DINDIGUL VRL. LR NO: [protected]. Shipment cc not attach, because customer Amount Rs.11, 000 is due. But system showing shipment delivered. Many times I have called and mailed to your customer care. 10 days have passed but no solution has been found from you. Customer amount is due Rs, 11, 000.00. so, we didn't attach Red copy. Now customer isn't paying the due Amount. How do we get the payment? Now who will give me my material Amount ? Please give me my material amount Rs. 11, 000.00 in my account, otherwise return my shipment in my booking branch KOLKATA BELIAGHATA (CLTBGA) VRL.
