VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Shipment given on[protected] not yet delivered Shipment number [protected]

Hi Team,

I'm supposed to receive a Cargo(Parcel of coffee beans) From Coorg,
The cargo was shipped on Dec 22-2022 a partial package was delivered on 31-Dec-2022.
Today is 12-Jan 2023 my other half of the package is not yet delivered yet speaking to the respective person in Miyapur ([protected]) After multiple follow-ups he keeps on saying that the parcel is in transit from Banglore (the same response from[protected]

its been almost 20 days since the parcel is been shipped with VRL

Please look into it & solve the Issue ASAP
