Respected sir,
Refund requested for lr number [protected]. Booked date 14.09.2018 in surat ring road at 15;07 pm to chennai tpt delivery to door. But we are recived 29.09.2018 at 18.30pm they are delayed wrong direction by vrl tpt people and we are track our lr in brodway redirect to t. Nagar branch on 28.9.2018 after request 29.09.2018 t. Nagar branch staff saying from moring no vechile to deliver. Someone given the phone number [protected] we are spoke with them then only there with extra charges rs 98.00 (Cr number [protected] dated 29.09.2018) delivered at 18.30 pm in our place. 14.09.2018 surat to chennai only two days we will take normal delivery. But this lr 13 days delay wrong directed by vrl people and more charges. Actually this charges correct or not this we are execpeting your correct judgement.
Same we are booked lr number [protected] dated 18.09.2018 at 17.43 pm at surat ring road to chennai tpt door its recived on 22.09.2018 it had came automatically within 3 days but we are paid only the bill amount rs 2072/= this lr without extra charges how will came to my place.
You see different frist and second lr booked and delivery date. 1. Who responce for this 13 days delay and extra charges. We are not to pay extra charges no mistake our side mistake is vrl staff you take action against them. Suppose your not taken action against the staff. Same probelm facing the some other people they will thought vrl company is charging like this 2. Please refund our extra charges to me my ph no [protected] with whatapps i will give full eviendence.
Your puting lr on booking some amount for entire transcation after that delivery they are billing extra charges that is correct or not asper your company condtion. Please reply as soon as possible my e mail id [protected]@gmail.com
