VRL Logistics / VRL Group — transaction was successfully processed at the bank side but not processed at your side: requesting for refund

Hello,
I had made by transaction of Rs. 1044/- to your company (VR logistics ltd hubli) on 28/05/2019 by using my hdfc credit card for the purpose of booking bus tickets from Bengaluru to Ballari. Even after debiting the amount from the account there was no confirmation from your side neither in the form of tickets nor refunding the debited amount after waiting long time. There after i had succeeded the transaction for the second time for the same. Hence forth I would request you to initiate for this failed transaction amount for the refund. Kindly go through the enclosed confirmation from the bank side. Consider this request as early as possible.
