This is utmost sad that such a good service throughout other part of karnataka is good but in the same way buses starting from Mumbai doesnt have proper manner drivers and buses are always late atleast by 2 hours. Last day I was travelling from Pune to Bellary and departure time was 10 pm in night. I rushed to stop as I was getting late and was there 15 mins before departure (10pm as mentioned in site). When I went there co-ordinator stayed that bus is late by 45 mins. I can understand may be because of traffic but after 45 mins... same operator is telling that Buses are now starting and drivers are careless on the timing and every day drivers come late. I was very much disappointed with the way VRL are operating in Maharashtra. If you people doesn't value time then why the hell you people mention wrong timing on site and send sms staying your bus will be there at departure place.
I am extremely unhappy and I have decided will never take VRL buses in my life time and will be sure that I will spread the right word to all my friends, relatives, neighbours, collegues, my kid's school place and even in social network.
