VRL Logistics / VRL Group — vrl fooled me, took the token amount and refused for the service

Vrl has collected token amount of rs 500 for the slot booking and then they refused to come for the service.
Checked with the driver's number they had shared, driver told me that vrl used to fool people and donot adhere to the committment they use to make.
