Hello team,
I have travelled Mumbai to belgaum 25-May-2018 vehical number - KA25 C8869. This bus driver was arrogant, misbehaving with most of the passangers . as I have observed and ask to switch on the TV, which he said goto sleep, TV is not working. and started telling me who asked book in VRL bus. VRL is not good. I really disturbed.

same thing happened 24/Jun/2018 Hubballi to Mumbai
TR No 13555311 Driver was not ready to listen to the passenger request.

This is too petetic experience I had. I would request you to take appropriate action on this.
