VRL Logistics / VRL Group — whole machine damage / does not properly handled the machines

We booked one machine with full covered wooden packaging from virudhunagar to kadiri, andhrapradesh on 27/11/2018. At time of delivery consignee are shocked when they are receive the machine. Totally without packaging of machine only dispatched the machine. Machine castling body was totally damaged. Right now we lose our product / replace a new one that machines. Kindly take necessary action for this activities.

More time taken to delivery, in my carrier worst transport service i have seen, your tra sport rate is costly but delivery service is worst, please shut down your company, if you are not delivery i. early as per time
