I sent a parcel to pollachi vrl office. Then after the delivery of the product to the vrl office they did not call the concern party via phone and let him know that the parcel has been arrived.
I had to trace it online and let my customer know that the parcel has been arrived. After my customer went there the person responsible for this behaved very rudely and badly.
My customer felt bad and returned back without collecting the parcel because they denied the delivery to my customer.
So I had to get the parcel return here and they denied my response also saying they cannot do it and asked my to come there and collect. How can I go there and collect.
So I went to my nearby vrl office and they said they dont have the permission to get that and told me again contact the vrl office in pollachi.
It's been many days since the parcel in in VRL office and the customer was not able to get the parcel and I was also denied to get it back.
Both office VRL incharge person behavior was very bad and worst. No proper response. When we call them they scold us and cut the call. How can this kind of worst service happen.
