Vrl Logistics — VRL travel boarding point not mentioned when I booked the ticket

Every weekend I travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad and back and most of the times I take VRL travels bus. The same way I was to travel by VRL travels from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 10th July, 2015. My Tr No. 4996784. The boarding point at the time of booking was Indiranagar and the bus was supposed to reach at 9.30 pm. At 9.12 pm I called up the contact number given in the text message that I have received to check the exact address of the boarding point. There was no reply so, as I have boarded the bus on earlier occasions at Indian Oil Petrol bunk I went to the same boarding point on time and waited there till 10.00 pm. When the bus didnt turn up and I went to their website and called their customer care which is in Hubli. They kept in on hold for few minutes and told me that the bus already left this point and gave me Anandrao Circle, Bangalore, contact number. I called them up immediately and I was told that the bus already left that point also and that there is no way I can catch the bus and that they are helpless. The exact boarding address was not mentioned at the time of booking and also in the text message I have received. It was just mentioned as Indiranagar. How should we know where the bus would stop. I was told that the bus came to RTO office in Indiranagar at 9.45 am and 7 others boarded the bus. I agree that I called at 10 but I waited there till that time as usually buses come late and it rained also that night. So I thought it that it is getting delayed. And people wait at the bus stop to board buses from different travels how should I know which bus they are boarding. You can see my track record from the bookings I made from your website, I have never missed the bus. Moreover we get the drivers mobile number for the buses coming from Hyderabad why is it not practised here? Don't tell me that the drivers are not supposed to talk on the phone while driving. I have seen them all the time on the calls. For your kind information I tried calling the number given at 9:12 pm (see the screen shot of call logs) and the call failed. The last few times I boarded at Indiranagar petrol bunk on old madras road and now I believe this bus stopped at RTO office. How can this be changed without intimation to the customers. Earlier I used to check with the VRL office near Canara bank and every time they directed me to the petrol bunk so this time also I thought it would be the same place so I went straight to the regular stop. Don't tell me that the others have boarded, they might be travelling on this travels for the first time or after a long gap. For me I am taking these travels every weekend. I am very sorry to say that I had very high opinion on VRL travels and was thinking of writing good reviews and have been intact recommending this travels to my family and friends and now I have to think twice to do that. In fact when I travelled from Hyderbad to Bangalore on 10th March, I stood up to get down near Mekri circle and the driver applied sudden brakes and I fell down inside the bus and had a head injury with nine stitches. Doctors at CMH hospital wanted me to file a complaint but I didn't because I had high regard for this travels. The amount is not a small amount. It is Rs. 1500/-. I would need a refund from the travels as it is not my fault. In earlier occasions and in fact just a week before that I boarded at this point and suddenly they change the address without intimating the passengers is not done.
