Wbsedcl — Paid electric bill through phone pay app but till now shown as due payment

I have paid my electricity bill of Rs 2414 on 9/7/2021 by phn pay pay to wbsedcl. The transaction was successful and money got deducted but the payment has not been received by the merchant.
