Wbtc — deviating actual route, and creating problem to passengers, forcibly and intentionally

Nearly 3:45 pm, on 10th jan'2018, i boarded s4d (Bus no : wb05 3525), bus from abhishikta, kalikapur, em bye pass, and supposed to get down at sdf stop. After crossing chingrighata, when asked conductor to give ticket of rs.9/-, he asked me, where to get down... I replied sdf and confirmed my boarding bustop. He told me that this bus would go straight to college more, not to sdf, and gave ticket from ruby to college more (Ticket no : 23207, token no. : tc0263), instead of kalikapur to sdf.
I asked the reason of deviating route, he told me that only 1st car goes by that route (Through sdf), then afterwards no bus goes to sdf.. I told them, that he was not telling right as i always travel by this bus, nearly 11:00 am every day, and this bus follows its normal route by sdf... Why not now? Also asked the reason to issue ticket with wrong destination, he told me that he already answered the same... I repeatedly requested, but didn't pay any heed to me, rather, found to go near driver and whispered something and compelled driver to deviate route, near wipro more... He is very adamant, arrogant...
I also sited him an example when similar incident was going to take place, last to last sunday, but they couldn't deviate route due to interference of three more people, who also were supposed to get down at sdf...
Still he didn't listen... Forced me to get down at college more, and forced me to walk down to sdf...
Being govt. Servant, how dare they are to deviate govt. Prescribed routes, for their personal benefit and harassing normal passenger, out of nothing...?
Why don't they mark on the wind screen "no sdf" or why don't those conductors cry out, during boarding that bus will deviate route?
Please look into it and hope the respective conductor and driver should be penalised by your esteemed office, which will make others (Drivers and conductors) more cautious on the consequence, they need to face, if route are deviated...

I have purchased smart card but single day I have pay using card.last 2 days the conductor is saying that machine is not accepting card.. please look into this. why will passenger buy smart card if machine is not working to pay using card..
