Poor bus service ac12 (shapoorji to howrah)
Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that the service of AC12 Shapoorji to Howrah is very poor.
At first they have no fixed timming.
• Drivers and Conductor runs the buses on their own principal.
• Everytime they stop bus to pick passengers wherever they see the passengers.
• 20 minutes is taking to cross 7 kms i.e. Shapoorji to Biswabangla.
• Without any reason, intentionally they are opted for Red Signals.
• Sir, we are office passenger, we have a fixed timming to reach the office. With this type of service everyday we failed to attend the office before my schedule.
• Sir, we are facing this issue for years but this now beyond our limits.
• Sir, request you to solve this problem for our and WBTC' s interest.

Excess Fare/WBTC Card Balance

Respected Sir/Madam, With due respect I, Soumendra Nath Paul have a West Bengal Transport Card No.[protected]. I travel today S-12 Govt Bus from Moulali to R.S. Software and I purchase a Ticket from Conductor (Name - Sagar, Works at Salt Lake Depot), he send me a ticket of my original fare Rs. 10.00, but he Ticket out from Machine Howrah Stn. To E M Bypass (Ticket No 0039651, Time 09:13 AM). Yesterday Night I purchased ticket from a Conductor Rs. 10.00(Ticket No. 0026415, Time 08:45 PM) from Technopolish to Moulali and my Card Balance shown Rs. 443.00, but today Ticket Balance shown Rs. 422.00. IT WILL BE RS. 433.00 BY ORIGINALLY, so, Rs. 11.00 below shows my Card Balance in my Today's Ticket. I send you copy of Card, Yesterday Night & Today Morning Ticket for your reference. So, please help me and Return Rs. 11.00 in my Card Balance as soon as possible and take a steps on Conductor Name "Sagar" of Salt Lake Depot because today's Conductor told me "IT IS MACHINE FAULT NOT MY". Over fare price and rude behaviour
I was coming back from the office by 46B. Bus route Akankha to Dharmatala. The conductor asked me for a fare when I gave him Rs 10, then he told me the fare is Rs 15 (Honda to Joramandir, which is 3.5 KM). When I asked for the fare chart, he told me "if you want to go then you have to pay. Otherwise, you can drop." Bus no. WB07J****

Conductor misbehavior with passenger. Didn't sto in right place. He was forcibly saying why I didn't jump you are a young man when the bus was running.. Kolkata Mayapur

Amount deducted but ticket not issued.
I tried to book an online ticket from your online booking portal on 15.02.21 to book 5 tickets from Mayapur to Barasat for the date 16.02.21, departure time 06:15 A.M.
The total amount Rs.460/- was deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not issued.I didn't get any message in Dashboard or any SMS in my phone.
The transaction no.of online payment is[protected] done on 15.02.21 at 12:46 PM is attached for your reference.
Therefore I request you to kindly refund the amount as soon as possible and oblige.

incomplete journey
Today at 9.03 am, i had boarded on a c-7 bus from esplanade to ramnagar more destination.
But at babubazar crossing, the bus conductor instructed the driver to run the bus back towards howrah and told us to get down from bus. The reason was that the bascule bridge was closed due to movement of ship/barge. Though there was an alternative road (Free of traffic jam), the conductor didn't hear us.
I believe that postponement of journey without valid reason is an offense similar to journey without valid ticket and strongly demand for investigation and justice.

I boarded at wbtc volvo bus at muchipara, durgapur bus no. Wb11-d1591 on 3rd august 2020 at around 7.52am. During my journey to kolkata i"have noticed that bus kept stopping almost every place and taking passengers and most dangerous thing is this that conductor didn't bother to safety norms. Passengers those allowed to get in bus in almost every stoppage were un-musked and there was no senitizing process. If cctv installed in bus is checked...

Buses don't stop at scheduled stoppages
I am a daily passenger from Barasat to Technopolis. I try to avail WBTC buses C-43 or C-8 but on most occasion buses don't stop at Mondalgathi stoppage for C-43 on onward journey and at Technopolis stoppage for both C-43 & C-8 on return journey. Both Mondalgathi and Technopolis are scheduled stoppages for C-43 & C-8 respectively.
Are the government buses for public convenience or a showoff??? Private buses are operating above their capacity while WBTC buses are running below their capacity. Are persons travelling on WBTC buses safe while others in private buses unsafe from COVID-19 when after and before boarding, both working at the same office and having food together???
Kindly take a note of this and act accordingly. It's loss for both government and general public as WBTC buses are running below capacity while their private counterparts are overloaded without any so called social distancing.

rude behavior of bus conductor

Today i was traveling in m16a that operates from tollygunge metro to joka. The bus no. Was wb055805 the time of departure from tollygunge metro was around 7:20-7:30 pm date - 6/12/2019.
The bus was fully packed as usual. Then there came a time when i was standing and some passengers on front of me were moving inside the bus and i was in no position to move yet the conductor of the bus pushed me right in front of the gate making me lose my balance and causing a great commotion inside the bus.
Sir my request to u is to please keep in mind that the passengers safety should be the priority rather than the conductor's so called "designated" place. Please take actions against the conductor present at that time in the bus. This kind of behavior is not tolerable.

ac 47 route bus is charging 15 rs higher than other ac buses

Today i was traveling by ac47 from rasbehari avenue, near kalighat metro station to newtown and the charged rs 50/- for that. I travel everyday in the same route by other ac buses like ac4b and they charge rs 35/- for the same. When i asked for the fair chart and reason, the conductor refused to show that and gave me a reason that the fair is high as per the volvo bus standard. However on other route, the fair difference is maximum rs 5/- between volvo and other ac buses like asokeleyland, tatamarcopolo, electricbus. I have raised this kind of concern to the tarnsport depertment, wb, but they did not take any action in that. This kind of huge difference in fair is not acceptable and i request you to kindly look into this matter. Thank you!

I was travelling from nager bazar to sector v in bus no. Wb056131. The ac temparature was very hot. When i have asked the conductor to increase the ac speed he said that it will not increase. Due to that reason i call up wbtc office to complain but they mis behave over phone and disconnected the connection. Even though they did not bother to listen my any word also. The fare they are taking rs. 35.
Therefore, your kind attention is solicited.

harassment and misbehavior by the charter at madhyamgram ctc bus stand.

I Booked an online ticket from Madhyamgram to Digha on 11th April19 and the date of journey was 15th april19 at 7:30hrs from madhyamgram stand.
I was waiting for the bus on same date at 6:45hrs on madhyamgram CTC Bus stand with my handicapped father and elderly mother. The bus came on 7:33hrs I requested to the charter at Madhyamgram CTC bus stand that please give me a little time as my father is a handicapped person but the charter react on me very rudely and after 5 to 10 seconds of stoppage the buss left without us, when my mother hopelessly ask to the charter why he behave like this and what we do now, the charter was abused us in very much indecent way including my elderly mother, he said that we can take any steps on him but unable to do anything as he is not a private sector employee and he also called to the bus driver or conductor that boarders of seat no 21, 22 and 23 unable to reach on time so you can take the needful action against those seats.
I called in CTC helpline but nobody could help me. I was deprive to get justice, unable to get my refund and unable to reach my destination on time.
It is for your information please take necessary action against them so that nobody suffer the same situation in future.
I'm sending herewith the copy of my Booked ticket, please see the attachment.

non availability of ac 12 bus

As for kolkata, sector v and new town area are the new office para, so are dalhousie and excide area.
There are large number of people who travel daily to sector v and new town but let's not forget about people who travel from shapoorji and new town to dalhousie and excide every day.
Keeping in mind the distance and time, there are not many buses in the morning from shapoorji to howrah side, the frequency of ac12 dwn (Shapoorji to howrah) is very less.
Requesting the appropriate authority to kindly look into the matter and increase the frequency of buses and introduce more buses in this route.
There are large number of people who travel daily to sector v and new town but let's not forget about people who travel from shapoorji and new town to dalhousie and excide every day.
Keeping in mind the distance and time, there are not many buses in the morning from shapoorji to howrah side, the frequency of ac12 dwn (Shapoorji to howrah) is very less.

deviating actual route, and creating problem to passengers, forcibly and intentionally

Nearly 3:45 pm, on 10th jan'2018, i boarded s4d (Bus no : wb05 3525), bus from abhishikta, kalikapur, em bye pass, and supposed to get down at sdf stop. After crossing chingrighata, when asked conductor to give ticket of rs.9/-, he asked me, where to get down... I replied sdf and confirmed my boarding bustop. He told me that this bus would go straight to college more, not to sdf, and gave ticket from ruby to college more (Ticket no : 23207, token no. : tc0263), instead of kalikapur to sdf.
I asked the reason of deviating route, he told me that only 1st car goes by that route (Through sdf), then afterwards no bus goes to sdf.. I told them, that he was not telling right as i always travel by this bus, nearly 11:00 am every day, and this bus follows its normal route by sdf... Why not now? Also asked the reason to issue ticket with wrong destination, he told me that he already answered the same... I repeatedly requested, but didn't pay any heed to me, rather, found to go near driver and whispered something and compelled driver to deviate route, near wipro more... He is very adamant, arrogant...
I also sited him an example when similar incident was going to take place, last to last sunday, but they couldn't deviate route due to interference of three more people, who also were supposed to get down at sdf...
Still he didn't listen... Forced me to get down at college more, and forced me to walk down to sdf...
Being govt. Servant, how dare they are to deviate govt. Prescribed routes, for their personal benefit and harassing normal passenger, out of nothing...?
Why don't they mark on the wind screen "no sdf" or why don't those conductors cry out, during boarding that bus will deviate route?
Please look into it and hope the respective conductor and driver should be penalised by your esteemed office, which will make others (Drivers and conductors) more cautious on the consequence, they need to face, if route are deviated...

I have purchased smart card but single day I have pay using card.last 2 days the conductor is saying that machine is not accepting card.. please look into this. why will passenger buy smart card if machine is not working to pay using card..
