Companies like this needs to be sued or stopped. And this we will go on to do. Even if we sue or loose the case, there will be a huge campaign to bring this company down for there scam business tactics. They are money sucking company and will do anything to keep you hooked to paying more. We have asked them to delete the marketplace place feature of the app which we paid for. Already we can spent close to 5000 USD on there problematic modules which started issue from day 1, and still there is no progress but frustration. They will drag the case out of your normal support period and then ask you to pay for extra support. If you complain or write your honest review, the ask you to delete the review so they could continue the support for free.
Webkul might think that honest reviews goes unseen but trust me, we will not stop until people become aware of this unethical way of doing business.
