I write this mail to highlight the unprofessional attitude I am facing from your staff
1. I was assigned a Truefit and Hill audit by Vidya in July. I performed the audit on July 22nd, 2016. I was assured by Vidya that the payment would be made in 3-4 weeks time.
2. I reminded her again around Aug mid about the payment status to which she passed on the call to Rajat who assured me that the payment would be done by Aug end.
3. I wrote to Aditya today to find out the status of the payment, he directed me to Nayan who said the payment would be done by September first week.
4. Alka, I have a written email from Vidya where these facts can be proven. This is my second instance with Wemark. I had done an Metro audit with you around 2012 and the payment for the same was released after 3-4 months. I had highlighted these facts to Vidya to which she said that this being a premium audit, the payment would be released on time.
5. I was skpetical from day 1 to work with wemark again. However I though of giving this a chance. I then inquired from Vidya as to who would the CEO of wemark be, she said its Akansha who is the CEO. It was only after googling I got to know that Gaurav is the CEO and he asked me to be in touch with you for the same. I mean why lie???
6. Also there was a PVR assignment which came up in Aug and I applied for the same via Vidya. She confirmed an assignment and then backed out stating the audit was handled by someone else. I was then given some other location and on the date of the audit, I informed them the PVR is not taking bookings to which I was told that PVR has shut the cinema. The audit was cancelled. That same day in the evening, I went to that same cinema and watched a movie and the cinema hall is still operational. I mean I though you guys were professional and hence were dealing with esteemed clients. Never knew that you yourself were unaware of whats happening with your clients!!
7 I am the first shopper with HSBrands and have been doing audits with them since 2007. I have done more than 1000 audits with them over the last 9 years. Never ever I had to remind them about payments. Payments were prompt and were made well before due date.
This is the second instance that I am having payment issues.
I would urge you to please release my payment asap so that I can deactivate my ID at Wemark and hence forth would not be interested in performing any audit. I would ensure that this feedback is posted on appropriate social media forums so that others do not have the same issue what I had to go through.
This was a sheer case o[censored]nprofessionalism. Not acceptable!!
