I write this mail to highlight the unprofessional attitude I am facing from your staff

1. I was assigned a Truefit and Hill audit by Vidya in July. I performed the audit on July 22nd, 2016. I was assured by Vidya that the payment would be made in 3-4 weeks time.

2. I reminded her again around Aug mid about the payment status to which she passed on the call to Rajat who assured me that the payment would be done...

Wemark India delayed payments by 2 months after their specified time line of 6 to 8 weeks. The entire team has been unresponsive and unapologetic through it all, including the CEO, Gaurav Pachauri. This is after they had no complaints regarding the audits performed. An absolutely unprofessional team, which does not want to pay shoppers.
