Dear Sir, with due respect i need to inform you that my consumer number is[protected] and i am facing lots of problems in our area due to voltage drop issue. I have complained about this a lot of time from last 2 years but no solution provided yet by local kalibadi office, Sambalpur. In our kuluthkani area, average voltage available in summer season in, 100-120 volt. Beside this, approximately 1000 trip is happening during the service which results in damage of electronic household devices in a regular basis. You can imagine that we are taking your electricity service but unable to use water pump, AC, Cooler etc in this hot season. kuluthkani is a highly developing area in Sambalpur today .
