We the people of Brindaban Colony adjacent to BIJU NAGAR and LEPROSY COLONY of beheramal, Jharsuguda, ODISHA needs your assistance to avail Electricity (DOMESTIC). In fact, Instantly all the expenses to avail electricity we have already borne by our own cost and was handed over to the Electricity Board before 3 years. It is near about 400 Mtrs away from the Transformer point. Where as this Area is coming under Municipality of Jharsuguda. Now we are badly suffering due to low voltage and many house hold electrical items has been damaged, hence, we met to your personnel to avail a separate transformer for this Area. He has assured us to spare a 100 KV transformer but without any accessories to install. Now we have to again disappointed to have the privileges as consumer of your locality.
Hence, please suggest us favorably.

paid bill is not reflected and charged as arrear.
I had gi ven a written complain that i had paid bill for jan 14 .but it is added in next bill as arrear.till date the amount is yet to be reconciled.conumer no[protected]. Kindly help to resolve.my contact no [protected].
