An outage of power since sunday night 1 am. Power resumed from 8.30pm to 12.30 am monday night and then again load-shedding as i am emailing you now (Morning of tuesday 9.30 am). Toll-free (19121) is busy always, so can't even make a complaint, customer service of the area has no news or information, even the station manager has no information. Nobody attends the call from zonal, regional or divisional offices of wbsedcl. We are suffering heavily for last 24 hours yet no response from authorities as if it's a mere cause. Most important part, most of the area's in barasat had resumed power since midnight last night but not our's. The customer service office was locked out and the employees were not present when we went there, how come a 24*7 service office lock out the office and go out!! How incompetent and unprofessional wbsedcl has become. Hope necessary action would be taken.

I applied online for a new domestic connection with ref no - P[protected].But server is not responding to download the reference letter.How can I proceed further? Please help me as early as possible.

    Sir/madam
    The power has been gone since yesterday night on 9/10/2017 since after 12 am and has not returned for more than an hour all day today. This problem is shared by not only me but the entire hridaypur area is under an almost blackout, except for a minutes every few hours or so. Since, the power came for a few minutes i would have to assume that the problem is not at my end. And we need electricity soon. This is not the middle ages that we can be indefinitely without electricity. The phones have lost charge, the inverter is out, no supply water all day, some torture this is.
    Kindly, read the complain submitted here and do something about supplying us with power, that we pay for.

      Dear sir/madam, i am bijay kumar biswas paid three different electricity bill on 11/08/17 through wbsedcl quick pay. Three bills amounts are dedicated from my bank account but bills are still due. Bill details are
      1.[protected] amount 457.78
      2.[protected] amount 484.47
      3.[protected] amount 1523.97
      But[protected] and[protected] consumers bill has paid through airtel payment bank.

      Please sir solve these problems as soon as possible.

      Please sir/madam refund my dedicated amount to my bank account within some days. The consumers are wants to back theirs money within some days because they will pay their electricity bill. If they don't pay their bill their electricity line will be disconnect. So I am having lot of pressure. Please sir save me by resolve these issues.

          1. When i login to pay bill it shows no outstanding amount
          2. The bill is incorrect as no one lives in the flat. I have already submitted online and offline complaint regarding this

            Failure of neutral connection. We do not have electricity right now. Please send someone to sort out the problem as soon as possible. We had our private electrician to look at it. He told us about the failure of neutral connection but was unable to provide any kind of solution and asked us to contact wbsedcl as soon as possible but the customer help line kept saying busy. We can't go on without electricity much longer and if it is not fixed soon enough we might have to take some other measures.

                গতবছর এলাকায় নতুন ট্রান্সফরমার বসানোর সময় আমার বাড়ির সন্নিকট পোল থেকে ডাবল ফেজ থেকে সিঙ্গেল ফেজ করে দেওয়া হয় এবং বলা হয় নেক্স্ট সপ্তাহে বাকি পোলগুলোকে ডাবল ফেজ করে দেওয়া হবে।প্রতিনিয়ত ভোল্টেজ ড্রপ করায় আমরা বারবার অফিসে জানাই অথচ কোন কর্ণপাতই করা হয়না।ফলতঃ কাজ সম্পন্ন না করায় 29/7/2016 তে গোবরডাঙ্গা সাপ্লাই ওফিসে একটা মাস পিটিশন করা হয়।কিন্তু আজও সেই কাজ সম্পন্ন হলনা।এরপরও বারংবার সাপ্লাই অফিসে জানানো সত্বেও তার কোন গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হচ্ছেনা, আপনার কাছে এই অনুরোধ রাখা হল যদি আমাদের কোন সুরাহা করতে পারেন কিনা...

                    I am (Consumer id[protected] a resident of national park east, naihati & an active user of online payment for utility services. The electric meter reading scheduled during the end of july could not be taken as the person found the door closed on 27.07.17. My house required urgent repairs & we had vacated the same & had been staying close, in a rented apartment. I talked to the person responsible for recording the reading & he admitted that he had left a note of "door closed"for my address at the local office of wbsedcl. On approaching the office i found a bill was generated for 1029 units as on 12.08.17 for an amount of rs 8676.00. The meter reading recorded on 15.08.17 by me is appended herewith which shows it is for only 7 units for less than rs 100. The same was reported to the chargeman of the local office of wbsedcl who advised to pay rs 8676 & get the subsequent months reading adjusted from that which is quite unjustified as it would take more than 86 months to adjust the payment of rs 8676. He also could not justify as to why a bill was generated for 1029 units even though my usage history has never show such a high usage. I appeal to the appropriate authority to rectify the bill in order to enable me to pay for the same.

                      I am the resident of nigan station, mangolkote, burdwan, writing you to bring your kind attention to the serious electricity problems in our area.
                      The problems are explained below.

                      1. Extreme low voltage.

                      2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.

                      3.in the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often too low voltage to operate fan, tv or some-times even cfl bulbs.

                          Today we received a bill for the next 3 months amounting to 7600 inr. On what basis was the meter reading done? A person named dilip das claimed that today he came & did a meter reading & today itself he sent us a bill amounting 2600/- per month. On what basis is this bill or unit reading done? The maximum amount we have paid using ac since the last two years was 1800 inr per month. How can we be not sure that this man manipulated our meter reading and gave us a bill like this?

                              With ref. To above subject, it may pl be noted that my consumer id is[protected] and the region is under garia electricity office of wbsedcl, kolkata-700084. While i was trying to pay my bill for 3 months together amounting rs 3967.40 (After1% rebate as allowed), though the total bill amount is rs 4015, on 29.08.17, the payment of rs 3972.12 was debitted from my state bank of india account maintained at mahamayatsla branch
                              The payment was made through net banking. The payment gateway chosen was billdesk. It is very sad that acknowledgement slip could be down loaded from wbsedcl website
                              I awaited for two dsys still payment status showing as "pending". The matter was aldo taken up with [protected]@wbsrdcl.in but the matter is still unresolved. Tha last date of payment is 04.09 17. The bank transaction id is igabxnlbd7 for such transaction.
                              Pl take up the matter and resolve the issue.

Even i went chakdaha ccc and they told the problem will not happen again. I doing job in brp ccc and i am surprised that my home face such problem. Even on calling zm ccc nobody to take phone.
